The Staub products are made from very good quality cast iron with increased resistance to scratching and chipping, easy to clean and with a long service life.
Due to the materials used, the cooking pots maintain their temperature, keeping themselves warm long after they have been taken out of the oven or taken off the hob. In addition to these technical qualities, their attractive appearance makes it possible to serve the food at the table, directly from the cookware, immediately after they have been taken off the hob. 

Features:
On the inside, the tray is provided with a layer of matte black enamel produced by Staub through special technologies that offer advantages in the case of cooking techniques such as simmering, baking or caramelization. The oils (fats) used during cooking will penetrate the pores of the matte enamel and create a smooth natural non-stick surface. That is why the Staub cookware get better and better as the years go by, as you use them.

On the outside, the tray has at least 2-3 layers of special enamel that, in combination with special cast iron, ensures an optimal distribution of heat over the entire surface of the product.

The special base makes it possible to use Staub cookware on all types of hobs, including induction hobs.

This product is not suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher.
