This product allows you to prepare smoked meat, fish or vegetables effortlessly at home. All you have to do is add wet wood chips to the smoking oven and then place the foods you want to cook on the rack. As the wood chips heats up, smoke will be produced. The smoke will be retained by the lid, infusing the food with unmistakable flavours.
The smoking oven is made from highly durable stainless steel, which means that it can also be used on the barbecue. It is ideal for smoking fresh salmon, beef ribs, bell peppers and more!
The smoke is not a cause for concern, it will not come out during cooking. The product is provided with two fastens that help to close the lid firmly, infusing the food with penetrating aromas, with no smoke scent being smelled.
In order to obtain different, intense and full of flavour aromas, we recommend soaking the wood chips in liquids such as red wine or whiskey, combined with mixtures of aromatic plants and spices.
