The HR® (High Resistance) ceramic developed in the Emile Henry laboratories withstands temperatures of up to 270 °C and distributes heat evenly over the entire surface of the dish. The enamel used to finish the product protects it from scratches and chipping (you can cut directly on the HR® ceramic cookware without scratching the product) making it possible to clean it in the dishwasher.
