Pastry brush, de Buyer brand, dimensions 20 x 2.5 cm, made from plastic. The brush is extremely flexible, soft and silky, performing very well the tasks that require to precisely apply eggs, butter or sauces.

The brush is ideal to anoint pastries, doughs or meat or to grease cookware with fats so as to reduce the amount of fats in preparations.

The brush shall not be cleaned in dishwasher, but you can clean it by manual washing and, before reusing it, make sure has dried completely.
