What kind of peppercorn are recommended?

It is recommended to use dried, hard black, white, or green peppercorns with a maximum diameter of approximately 5 mm. Pink peppercorns can be used only in a mixture (up to 15% pink peppercorns) with one of the aforementioned types of peppercorns. Dried coriander seeds can also be used in pepper grinders from Peugeot.
