This kitchen tool is essential to be able to prepare pizza in the oven at home.

The highly-resistant commercial-grade stainless steel provides an ideal cooking surface, which ensures optimal thermal conductivity and uniform heat distribution, so that the pizza gets cooked to perfection, with a crispy and consistent crust. This baking top can also be used to bake frozen pizza. 

Important: This product is intended for use in home ovens and is not a suitable accessory for Ooni ovens

Dimensions: 34.2 x 34.2 x 0.6 cm

Materials: 430 stainless steel with sandblasted finish;

Oven-safe up to a maximum temperature of 275°C.

Preheat the baking top in the oven for at least 30 minutes so that it reaches optimal baking temperature.
