It reaches all four corners of the pizza stone in Ooni ovens, making cleaning quick and easy.

Semi-flexible stainless steel bristles easily remove ash, dirt, or excess flour from the baking stone, while the rigid stainless steel scraper efficiently removes stubborn residues. This way, you will keep your oven always ready for the next use.
