Made from special HR® ceramic (High Resistance), this platter has high thermal resistance, up to 270 °C in the oven, making it ideal for preparing, heating, and serving appetizers. This technology enables the dish to withstand thermal shocks; it can go from the refrigerator, at temperatures of up to -20 °C, directly into the oven, and vice versa. Thus, cakes or snacks can be reheated and served directly from the platter when taken out of the oven.

Due to its design, shape, and specially processed material, heat is evenly distributed for gradual heating, and the results of your work are always successful. The side handle of the platter allows for easy handling when inserting or removing it from the oven.
