Stainless steel adjustable "Raplette" leveling tool, de Buyer brand, ideal for spreading and leveling biscuit or cake creams or doughs... very fast and in one go.

Perfect for assembling desserts upside down, to prepare chocolate flakes and chocolate decorations on cakes or cream-based desserts. The Raplette is also known as the creams comb.

Adjustable on height and width with butterfly-type screws:
- easy adjustment;
- ensures uniform distribution of the preparation on any holder of any size (either on a frame or directly on baking paper / baking mat);
- allows to precisely set thickness.

The Raplette does not include the double-edged serrated comb for creams. The double comb can be purchased separately.
