The long removable Soft Touch handle can be used together with handleless products from the 3 de Buyer ranges: the Twisty range in stainless steel, the Mineral B range in steel and the CHOC EXTREME range in non-stick cast aluminum. 

Non-slip and soft to touch, the handle is ergonomic and heat-resistant. Can be held firmly and securely with one hand.
