Product description
There are several reasons why using a spice grinder is recommended. Freshly ground salt and peppercorn will intensify the flavors, making your dish more delicious. With quality grinders, you can even adjust the grind size according to the requirements of the recipe.
The Peugeot salt and peppercorn grinders from the Paris range, introduced to the public in 1987, are today the best-selling products in the manufacturer's portfolio. Their classic design, combined with beech wood, the material from which they are made, makes the Paris grinders a perfect choice for any kitchen. The Peugeot logo can be found at the bottom, while the grind selection knob is located at the top. It turns clockwise for a finer grind and counterclockwise for a coarser grind.
Lifetime-guaranteed mechanism
The grinder is made in France and reflects Peugeot's expertise: the Zirlion mechanism of this grinder is made of zirconium, an exceptionally hard material. It can produce anything from powdered salt to a coarser grind, depending on how tightly the knob at the top of the grinder is screwed.
What type of salt is recommended?
For best results, dry salt is recommended, with crystals no larger than 6 mm in diameter, such as rock salt or coarse salt. Do not use salt grinders to grind peppercorn or sea salt, as its moisture can corrode the mechanism.
The grinder is supplied without spices.
