The salt grinder, with its Zirlion mechanism made of zirconia, an innovation from Peugeot, produces an extremely fine salt powder, enhancing the tasting experience while limiting the amount used. What type of salt is recommended?

Only dry salt should be used in this grinder, with crystals not exceeding 6 mm in diameter, such as rock salt or coarse salt. Do not use the salt grinder for grinding peppercorn or sea salt, as its humidity may corrode the mechanism.
