What is Samosa?

Samosa is an Indian dish, fried or baked wrapped in dough sheet that can be filled with spicy potatoes, onion, peas, meat or lentils. This dish is served warm and can be seasoned with chutney sauce.

You can prepare traditional Indian Samosa (with diced potatoes, onion, peas, coriander and minced chicken or vegetarian version with sweet potato, spinach and feta cheese), as well as a sweet version (with apples, cinnamon and sugar or chocolate filling), with the Princess appliance. 

You just need to position a sheet of dough on the surface of non-stick plate, cut it properly, fill the dough with the desired filling and add another sheet of dough on top. Close the appliance and, after about 10-15 minutes, you can cut and serve the food with crispy crust.

The appliance is easy to clean being provided with non-stick plates. Simply wipe the non-stick plates with a damp towel and you can reuse the appliance. 

The appliance can be stored both vertically and horizontally.
