Saucepan, Lava brand, 10 cm in diameter, 0.35 L capacity, made from cast iron.

Cast iron is a material that heats up slowly but, once heated, it retains heat very well for a long time. Cast iron cookware are suitable for most cooking techniques, be it frying, slow cooking or oven cooking.

Features:
The saucepan walls have a thickness of 3 mm. On the inside, the product is coated with one layer of black enamel that facilitates the formation of a non-stick surface when cooking with fat.

The vitreous enamel, material used for the outer finishing of the Lava cast iron cookware is obtained by spraying glass powder at temperatures of 750 - 850°C. The glass powder adheres to the surface of the saucepan creating a protective layer that also helps to optimally distribute heat.

The lid is flat and has small protrusions on the inside, thus, ensuring that moisture is kept inside. Thanks to these features, a "rain" effect develops inside the saucepan which intensifies the flavors and eases the cooking process.

The base thickness is 3.5 mm and makes possible for Lava cookware to be usable on all types of hobs, including induction.
