This saucepan is suitable for preparing individual portions, sauces or for warming soups.

The SIGMA Classic base consists of 3 layers, respectively one lower layer, made of magnetic stainless steel, that allows use on induction hobs, one middle layer, made of aluminum, which helps to retain and distribute heat evenly and one upper layer, made of 18/10 stainless steel, with anti-corrosive properties, that makes this saucepan be scratch-resistant, neutral in taste, hygienic and easy to clean.

The saucepan can be used on all heat sources, including induction hobs, and in the classic oven.

The Twin Classic series saucepans allow for gradual heating of the contents due to the optimal heat retention and distribution at base level. The leaktight lid enables cooking with little water, and the long stainless steel handle stays cool during cooking. The saucepan is graduated for accurate measurement of liquids.
