Set of 9 round cutting devices useful to make tart bases, dessert bases or decorations, de Buyer brand.

The cutting devices are entirely made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide, designed for professional use.

With a compact design, they are robust and keep their shape. 

Their upper edge is thick for easier handling and safer injury-risk-free cutting. The lower edge is thin, sharp, for a clean and easy cut.

The pastry moulds are hygienic and easy to clean: they can be cleaned in dishwasher and can be sterilized.

The diameter of the cutting devices is between 2 and 10 cm and their height is 5 cm.
