The Firenze range is an excellent choice for healthy cooking, including cooking with no grease. The frying pans, stockpots and saucepans in this range have in their composition a non-stick CORTAN 2 type (2-ply) coating, which is very resistant to high temperatures and is easy to clean.

Due to the innovative technology used by Ballarini in the production process of the CORTAN coating, the fryer pot remains non-stick even in the absence of cooking oil or other greases in the cooking / frying process.

The base provides very fast heating and a even heat distribution.

The product has 2 solid, ergonomic handles for a perfect grip.

To fry foods, put them in the basket and immerse them in hot oil, covering with the glass lid.

Once the foods are fried, lift the basket and place it on the handles of the fryer-pot to drain the excess oil.

The fryer-pot can be used on all types of hobs except for induction hobs and can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
