Smooth circular blade for ham and sausage - Ritter brand - diameter 17 cm, made of stainless steel, suitable for manual household slicers. The circular blade is particularly suitable for soft products such as ham, salami, or cheese. This blade is not suitable for pastries, especially bread.

When placing your order, please pay special attention to the shape of the knife and the color of the gear wheel, as only round knives designed for manual slicers will fit. The shape of the old blade and the color of the old gear wheel must match the shape and color of the one you are ordering.

Please also check the driving wheel. If it is worn, we recommend replacing it, as a worn driving wheel can lead to faster wear of the gear wheel.
