"Specialty" 3-in-1 ginger utensil, 27.4 cm, white - Microplane brand

3-in-1 utensil for ginger, from the "Specialty" range, Microplane brand measuring 27.5 x 5 x 1.3 cm, with blades made of stainless steel, which are sharpened by a special photo etching process.

This tool has all the elements to process ginger as you want. This way you can easily peel it using the small plastic knife on the side. You can grate ginger into a fine paste to flavor your Asian food or to prepare a tea full of flavor. Or you can cut ginger into uniform slices of 0.318 cm, thanks to the small mandolin at the base of the tool.  

This tool is provided with a plastic guard that attaches to the mandolin when not in use.

The handle is comfortable and does not allow the hand to slip.

The product can be cleaned both manually under running water and in the dishwasher, on the upper shelf.
