Square cooking pan, made by Lava, size 26 × 26 cm, capacity 2.51 l, made from cast iron.

Cast iron is a material that is difficult to heat but once heated it retains heat very well for a long time. The cookware is therefore suitable for most cooking techniques, be it frying, simmering or baking.

Features:

The walls of the cooking pan are 3 mm, thick and inside it has a black enamel coating that facilitates the creation of a non-stick surface when cooking using fats.

The base of the cooking pan is 4 mm thick and makes it possible to use Lava pans on all types of hobs, on including induction hobs.

The handles are made from cast iron.
