Square grill pan, cast iron, 30cm, Black - Staub

This grill pan is made from cast iron, a material that distributes heat evenly over the entire surface of the grill pan and it also helps brown the steaks, quickly creating a delicious and crispy crust on their surface.

The base of the frying pan is provided with grooves in which the excess fat is collected and which give steaks, the appearance of dishes cooked on the grill. The interior is covered in a layer of matte black enamel, which will prevent the food from sticking to the surface of the frying pan. The prepared meat will remain juicy and will retain its flavour. Also, the enamel layer is scratch resistant and extremely easy to clean. 

On the side, the frying pan is provided with a notch for draining the collected sauces, so that you can use meat own juice to prepare vegetables or potato garnishes.

The grill pan can be used on all types of hobs, even induction hobs. This product can be placed in the oven and withstands temperatures up to 260°C.

The grill pan is not suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher.
