This stockpot is suitable for frying, boiling and braising vegetables and large pieces of meat to cook a delicious goulash or the famous ratatouille.

The SIGMA Classic base consists of 3 layers, respectively one lower layer, made of magnetic stainless steel, that allows use on induction hobs, one middle layer, made of aluminum, which helps to retain and distribute heat evenly and one upper layer, made of 18/10 stainless steel, with anti-corrosive properties, that makes this saucepan be scratch-resistant, neutral in taste, hygienic and easy to clean.

The stockpot can be used on all heat sources, including induction hobs, and in the classic oven.

The leaktight lid enables cooking with little water, and the two ergonomic stainless steel handles stay cool during cooking. The stockpot is graduated for accurate measurement of liquids.
