Tray for steak, 40 x 33.7 cm "5-Plus" - Demeyere

Steak tray with anti-adhesive grill, Demeyere brand, from 5-Ply material with a thickness of 3 mm, size of 40 cm x 33.7 cm, from 18/10 stainless steel and welded stainless steel handles.

This tray is ideal for cooking poultry meat, fish or vegetables. The high handles ensure a secure grasp when removing the tray from the oven, and the high walls of the tray prevent the sauce from leak out of the tray and help obtain tender food.

This combination of 5 different alloys, including 3 mm thick aluminium, ensures a uniform heat distribution over the entire surface of the tray.
