2-piece ceramic oven dish set, 36.5x23.5cm/30x19cm, Burgundy - Emile Henry

Set of 2 rectangular oven dishes - Emile Henry brand - with plain and practical design. The oven dishes feature wide edges for a good gripping/handling and their depth make them ideal to prepare lasagna, steaks or for gratination.

The set consists of:

• rectangular oven dish, 30 x 19 x 6.5 cm ( 21.5 x 15 x 5.5 cm inner dimensions), 1.55 L capacity
• rectangular oven dish, 36.5 x 23.5 x 7.5 cm ( 30 x 22 x 6 cm inner  dimensions), 2.7 L capacity

Made of special HR® ceramics (High Resistance), these oven dishes have a high thermal resistance, up to 270°C, in the oven, being suitable for oven cooking or for gratinating vegetables. This technology makes the oven dishes resistant to thermal shocks; the oven dishes can be transferred from the refrigerator, from temperatures down to -20°C, directly in the oven.

Thanks to the oven dishes design and shape and to their specially processed material, heat is distributed evenly for gradual baking and remarkable results.
