Set of 2 baking dishes for tarts, Burgundy - Emile Henry

Set of 2 round trays from the Emile Henry brand made from HR ceramic, for preparing and serving tarts and pies.

The set includes:

— 1 ceramic tray, diameter of 28 cm, capacity of 1.98 l (4-6 servings);
— 1 ceramic tray, diameter of 24 cm, capacity of 1.15 l (2-4 servings).

With a particularly elegant design, high edges and a straight base for easy cleaning, the trays are perfect for the preparing of delicious quiches, pies and tarts all year round.

Made from special HR® (High Resistance) ceramic, these trays have a high thermal resistance, up to 270 °C, in the oven, being ideal for preparing cakes. This technology makes the tray resistant to thermal shocks; the tray can be stored in the refrigerator, from temperatures up to -20 °C, and can be inserted directly into the oven, and vice versa. Thus, tarts can be served directly from this tray when they are taken out of the oven.  

Due to the way the trays are designed, the shape and the specially processed material, the heat is distributed evenly for a gradual baking that ensures excellent results.
