"Affinity" roast tray, 35 x 25 cm - "de Buyer" brand

Roast tray, de Buyer brand, inner dimensions 35 x 25 x 8 cm (outer dimensions 41 x 27.5 x 12.35 cm), made from stainless steel with a thickness of 2.3 mm. The tray is ideal for slow cooking of meats, steaks, fish, potatoes and vegetables.

The quality materials the roast tray has been made of – a combination between stainless steel, on the outside, and aluminum inside the layer – prevent deformation. These two materials have excellent thermal properties, creating a uniform heat distribution.

The roast tray has rounded corners and the edges are flat to allow for as easy cleaning as possible.

The stainless-steel roast tray handles are fastened with very solid rivets to be as durable as possible, are smooth for a more comfortable handling of the roast tray.

The roast tray can also be cleaned in dishwasher. If you want to maintain the polished aspect of the tray, it is enough to use a special paste to this end.

The product can be used only in traditional oven for residential use.
