Casserole dish with lid, diameter 28 cm, height 15 cm, capacity 8.5 L, made of stainless steel with thickness of 2.7 mm, de Buyer brand. The casserole dish is ideal for slow cooking or for boiling water and vegetables.

The quality materials that the casserole dish is made of – a combination of stainless steel, on the outside, and aluminum, inside the layer – prevent deformation. These two materials have excellent thermal properties, creating a uniform heat distribution. Moreover, thanks to these materials, the temperature will increase rapidly during cooking, reducing the duration of the entire process, and will decrease as soon as the hob has been turned off.

The stainless steel handles of the casserole dish are riveted with very solid rivets to be as strong as possible and are smooth for a more comfortable casserole dish handling. The casserole dish is provided with a stainless steel lid.

The product can also be cleaned in dishwasher. If you want to maintain the polished look of the casserole dish, it is enough to use a special paste to this end.  

The casserole dish can be used on all types of hobs, including induction ones.
