Cooking pot with stainless steel lid, de Buyer brand, 24 cm in diameter, made of copper on the outside and stainless steel on the inside, 5.4 l capacity, 12 cm high.

The cooking pot is suitable for simmering, boiling vegetables, pasta and generally dishes that require a large volume of water.

The percentage of copper used in manufacturing the cooking pot is 90% and the stainless steel used inside represents 10%.

Because food comes into contact only with stainless steel, it gets cooked under perfectly safe conditions, while taking advantage of the thermoaccumulative properties of copper.

The outside of the cooking pot can be cleaned with a special paste for copper.

The cooking pot is not compatible with the induction hob.

Only manual cleaning is recommended. 

The handles are made of cast stainless steel.
