Saucepan 14 cm/1 l "Apollo", stainless steel - Demeyere

Saucepan, Demeyere brand, 14 cm in diameter, capacity of 1 l, made of 18/10 stainless steel with matt appearance and welded stainless steel long handle.

The surface is finished with the help of the SILVINOX® technology. The base is 6.4 mm thick and is made of 7 layers through the InductoBase® technology.

The InductoBase® base consists of 7 layers with a thermoconductive core made of pure aluminum. This aluminum layer guarantees a uniform transfer of heat through the base and ensures optimal cooking, even at a low temperature setting. The three layers from the bottom together form TriplInduc®.

It can be used on all types of stoves, but also in the oven. It can be cleaned in the dishwasher.

Latest generation multilayer material

The 7-Ply multilayer material has a thickness between 3 and 3.3 mm, distributing heat evenly from bottom to top over the entire surface of the dish.

All Demeyere products are made of 18/10 stainless steel, and the surface of the bowl is finished using SILVINOX® technology. Welded stainless steel handles prevent the accumulation of residues, guaranteeing a hygienic cooking process.
