COLD EXTRACTION TECHNOLOGY

You can now prepare cold coffee at home in under 5 minutes. The exclusive cold extraction technology automatically grinds and presses your favorite beans using room temperature water and very low pulsating pressure to extract all the coffee's aroma nuances into a perfect cup of cold coffee. Cold extraction technology automatically prepares gentler and more refreshing cold drinks at the push of a button, tasting even better served with ice cubes.

BEAN ADAPT TECHNOLOGY

Thanks to the patented Bean Adapt technology, the automatic espresso machine can easily adjust its settings to any chosen bean variety to ensure perfect coffee extraction, preserving all aromas and producing flavorful, delicious coffee.

GRINDING TECHNOLOGY

To achieve a flavorful coffee, Eletta includes a built-in grinder with 13 grinding settings to ensure the coffee powder is ground as finely and evenly as possible, extracting the best flavor.

The conical stainless steel grinder is calibrated with 100% precision and tested to ensure perfect powder and optimal flavor extraction from the coffee beans. The grind level can be easily adjusted manually to suit your personal taste and coffee type.

CARAFE CLEANING

All De’Longhi automatic espresso machines are designed to simplify maintenance processes.

To ensure impeccable hygiene, the carafes have an integrated cleaning system: activate the function after preparing milk, and all components in contact with milk will be cleaned with hot water and steam.

TO-GO FUNCTION

The new To-Go function knows how to perfectly fill your favorite To-Go mug. With three main coffee sizes to choose from, you can take your coffee anywhere throughout the day.

AUTOMATIC DESCALING PROCESS

The espresso machine has an automatic descaling process, and it is recommended to use only De’Longhi EcoDecalk descaler. EcoDecalk is powerful, fast, eco-friendly, and made from natural ingredients only.

For descaling, add 100 ml of EcoDecalk solution to the water tank, fill with fresh cold water, and follow the simple instructions displayed by the espresso machine. The De’Longhi water filter protects the machine from limescale buildup and helps remove water impurities, improving coffee taste. Under normal use, the filter lasts up to 2 months before needing replacement, reducing the frequency of descaling.
