The pancake pan can be used on any type of cooktops, including induction hobs. 

Note: to preserve the natural non-stick properties, do not use detergents and do not clean the pancake pan in the dishwasher. Before the first use, the pancake pan needs to be undergo a seasoning process to obtain natural non-stick features.
