Blinis pancake pan, diameter 12 cm, height 2 cm, made of non-deformable steel, de Buyer brand.

This pancake pan is suitable for the preparation of both the Russian speciality called "Blinis" and of the small-sized pancakes.

The very resistant French-style handle is made of steel and is welded to the pancake pan.

The pancake pan is compatible with any types of cooktops, including induction hobs.

Maintenance and use
Before use, preheat the frying pan and add a small amount of fat. Do the seasoning process before the first use. 
Degrease, rinse with warm water, dry the pan immediately after washing and lightly grease the surface with 1-2 drops of oil, then wipe the pan again with an absorbent cloth. 

Note: As it is used, it is normal for the pan to change colour (it will become darker) in an uneven way. This reaction is normal and ensures the development of the natural non-stick properties of the steel pan.

Advice: to preserve the natural non-stick properties, do not use detergents and do not clean the pancake pan in dishwasher. Before the first use, the frying pan needs to go through a process of seasoning to attain natural non-stick features.
