"CARBONE PLUS" pancake frying pan, 22 cm - "de Buyer" brand

Pancake pan, de Buyer brand, diameter 22 cm , height 1.3 cm, made of 2.5 mm thick steel, which does not deform.

The low profile, with sloping sides, allows for easy transfer of pancakes from the pan to the plate on which they will be served.

The very durable, French-style handle is made of steel and fastened with very solid rivets.

It can be used on all types of hobs, including induction ones.

Maintenance and use
Before use, preheat the frying pan and add a small amount of fat. Do the seasoning process before the first use. 
Degrease, rinse with warm water, dry the pan immediately after washing and lightly grease the surface with 1-2 drops of oil, then wipe the pan again with an absorbent cloth.

Note: As it is used, it is normal for the pan to change colour (it will become darker) in an uneven way. This reaction is normal and ensures the development of the natural non-stick properties of the carbon steel pan.

Advice: To preserve the natural non-stick characteristics, do not use detergents and do not clean the pan in the dishwasher. Before the first use, the pan needs a treatment by lubricating and heating with oil, to obtain natural anti-adhesive properties.
