Non-stick frying pan with ceramic coating, produced by de Buyer, 24 cm diameter, 4 cm height, made of stainless steel with a thickness of 2.7 mm. The frying pan is ideal for preparing delicate foods such as fish, but also for sautéing vegetables or cooking meat.

The high-quality materials used in the base - a combination of stainless steel on the exterior and aluminum within the inner layer - prevent the frying pan from warping. These two materials offer excellent thermal properties, ensuring even heat distribution.

The frying pan’s “Lyonnaise” profile, with sloped and rounded sides and no sharp angles, allows food to slide easily from the pan onto the plate or serving dish.

The stainless steel handle, secured with very sturdy rivets, is durable, smooth, and allows comfortable handling. The frying pan has been designed so that the temperature rises gradually.

The ceramic non-stick coating offers high scratch resistance. The frying pan consists of 5 layers and is designed for demanding cooking enthusiasts. Its ceramic non-stick coating guarantees healthy cooking without added fats, while also making manual cleaning easier.

Tip: increase the temperature gradually, especially on induction, as the material is highly responsive and distributes heat extremely well.

Do not overheat or heat the frying pan while empty. Do not use metal utensils.

The frying pan must be cleaned by hand only. To maintain the polished appearance of the frying pan, simply use a special stainless steel cleaning paste.
