Non-stick frying pan with ceramic coating, diameter 28 cm, height 4 cm, made of 2.7 mm thick stainless steel, de Buyer brand. The frying pan is ideal for preparing delicate foods such as fish.

The quality materials the frying pan is made of – a combination of stainless steel, on the outside and aluminum inside the layer – prevent deformation. These two materials have excellent thermal properties creating a uniform heat distribution.

The "Lyonnaise" profile of the frying pan, with sloping and rounded sides, which do not have sharp angles, allows the food to slide easily from the frying pan into the plate or dish in which it will be served.

The design of the stainless-steel handle fastened with very solid rivets is sturdy and smooth and allows the frying pan to be handled in a comfortable manner. The frying pan was designed so that the temperature increases gradually.

The ceramic non-stick coating is highly scratch-resistant.

Tip: gradually increase the temperature, especially on induction, as the material is very receptive and diffuses heat excellently.
