Professional grill pan, de Buyer brand, size 38 x 26 cm, height 2.5 cm, made from steel having a thickness of 2.5 mm.

The very resistant French-style handle is made of steel and is secured with sturdy rivets.

The product can be used on all types of hobs, including the induction ones.

Maintenance and use
Before use, preheat the frying pan and add a small amount of fat. Do the seasoning process before the first use. 
Degrease, rinse with warm water, dry the pan immediately after washing and lightly grease the surface with 1-2 drops of oil, then wipe the pan again with an absorbent cloth.

Note: As it is used, it is normal for the pan to change colour (it will become darker) in an uneven way. This reaction is normal and ensures the development of the natural non-stick properties of the steel pan.

Advice: to preserve the natural non-stick properties, do not use detergents and do not clean the pan in the dishwasher. Before the first use, the pan needs a treatment by lubricating and heating with oil, to obtain natural anti-adhesive characteristics.
