"Komi" mini mandolin - "de Buyer" brand

Mini-mandoline "Komi", de Buyer brand, with integrated horizontal blade, made from stainless steel, tilted at an angle of 35°, for easier slicing. The mandoline is fitted with 2 Julienne slicing blades with a slicing distance of 2 and 4 mm. The blade thickness can be adjusted between 0 and 5 mm.

You use the mandoline to slice, mince and cut Julienne fruits and vegetables, even soft tomatoes. The cutting thickness can be adjusted in units of 1 mm each, with the help of the measuring scale inscribed on the side of the mandoline.

The mandoline is provided with a vegetable / fruit gripping device, from transparent plastic, so that the user can use it safely, preventing the hand to approach the blade.

It is recommended that the blades be cleaned only manually, but the mandoline frame can also be cleaned in dishwasher.

The Julienne blades can be stored in the plastic holder located on the lower side of the mandoline.
