Grizzler frying pan, with reversible surface, produced by Ooni, made from cast iron, which ensures excellent heat retention for efficient cooking at every use.

This two-sided frying pan has a smooth surface for frying and a ridged side for perfect grill marks. It includes detachable handles and a stainless steel stand for easy serving, directly at the table.

Use the smooth side for fajitas or to fry eggs, or flip it to the ridged side to prepare the perfect steak. Use the specially designed detachable handles to safely move the Ooni Grizzler two-sided frying pan in and out of the oven when it is hot, or to serve directly at the table on the included stainless steel stand.

The frying pan is compatible with all Ooni ovens with a 30 and 40 cm cooking surface. Note: Unlike other cast iron products, the Ooni Grizzler two-sided frying pan is not compatible with induction cooktops due to its raised edges.

Wash the frying pan by hand after it cools down. Store in a dry environment. Do not store the frying pan wet. The frying pan is pre-seasoned upon delivery, but it will require re-seasoning before each use.
