The bowl has a special colouring and is resistant to high and low temperatures. It can incorporate up to 1 kg of flour and 12 egg whites.

This product can be used in the microwave and the conventional oven, as well as in the freezer, so you can melt butter, chocolate, or to cool ingredients in one bowl.

Made from titanium-hardened vitrified ceramic, this bowl is lighter and stronger than other ceramic bowls. It has a pouring spout that allows the easy transfer of ingredients and a comfortable handle.

Compatible only with KitchenAid tilt-head standmixers of 4.3L and 4.8L capacity.

The bowl can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
