3-piece pasta rolling and cutting attachment set - KitchenAid

Pasta better than the original Italian one is the fresh one, prepared by you at home! 

With the set of accessories powered by the kitchen mixers, produced by KitchenAid, you can prepare yourself, from dough to recipe, your favorite pasta.

The set consists of 3 stainless steel pieces, made in Italy: an accessory for preparing pasta sheets, which can smooth sheets up to 140 mm wide and 2 cutter accessories to form fettuccine 6.5 mm wide and spaghetti 2 mm wide.

The pasta dough is smoothed and rolled with 8 different thicknesses, the accessory having 8 adjustable levels. To obtain a normal thickness sheet use setting 1 or 2, and through the settings between 3 and 8, the accessory smooths the dough for a wide range of uses: very thin sheets for noodles, medium sheets for lasagna, and thin sheets for linguini pasta.

Being attached to the kitchen mixers, produced by KitchenAid, the set works independently and gives you freedom of movement, leaving your hands free to handle the pasta sheets or the freshly formed pasta. 

The set also includes a cleaning brush for the accessories, since they must not be washed in the dishwasher and it is not recommended to immerse them in water.

How to store homemade pasta
Fresh pasta will taste delicious if you prepare and cook it on the same day. However, you can keep it in the fridge for a few days or freeze it for up to 2 or 3 months. Either place the dough ball in cling film, or pack the already formed pasta in a vacuum-sealed container.
