The titanium-enhanced vitrified ceramic bowl, KitchenAid brand, with capacity of 4.7 L is compatible with the KitchenAid standmixers of 4.3 L and 4.8 L capacity. 

The elegant bowl with handle withstands both low and high temperatures and is up to 30% lighter than the previous 5KSMCB5 model, making it easier to transfer mixtures.

Can be placed in a conventional oven, microwave and refrigerator. You can use it to melt butter, chocolate or to cool prepared mixtures. 

The bowl can process up to 1 kg of flour and 12 egg whites.

The bowl is resistant to chipping and staining and does not absorb odours and flavours from food.

The bowl can be placed in the top drawer of the dishwasher, for cleaning.
