Being made from the special HR® (High Resistance) ceramic, the baking dish has high thermal resistance in the oven, up to 270°C, being ideal for preparing cakes. This technology makes the product withstand thermal shocks; the baking dish can be transferred from refrigerator, from temperatures down to -20°C, directly to oven, and vice versa. Thus, the cakes can be served directly from this baking dish when they are taken out of the oven.  

Due to the design, shape and to the specially processed material of this baking dish, heat is distributed evenly for a gradual baking and the results of your work are successful each time.
