The FLAME® ceramic developed in the Emile Henry laboratories withstands temperatures of up to 290°C and brings together all the benefits of cookwares made of the best quality ceramic that can be put on flame: perfect cooking, respect for ingredients, well-preserved tastes/flavours. The enamel used for finishing protects the product from scratches and chipping (you can cut directly in the casserole without leaving scratch marks) making it possible to wash it in the dishwasher. Being lighter by 30% than other cookware made of metal, the Flame® range cookware can be used both on the flame and in the oven, including microwave. They can be transferred from refrigerator or freezer directly into oven without getting damaged and, then, immediately taken to the table. They are durable, resistant to strong mechanical shocks and they maintain the food temperature for a long time.
