The FLAME® ceramic developed in the Emile Henry laboratories withstands temperatures of up to 290 °C and brings together all the benefits of the cookwares made of the best quality ceramic that can be put over flame burner: perfect cooking, well-preserved tastes and flavours, respect for ingredients. The enamel used for finishing protects the cooking pot from scratches and chipping (you can cut directly in the cooking pot without leaving scratch marks) also allowing for cleaning in the dishwasher.

Being lighter by 30% than other cookware made of metal, the Flame® range cookware can be used both over a flame burner and in the oven, including microwave. These items can be transferred from refrigerator or freezer straight into oven without getting damaged and, then, immediately taken to the table. They are durable, resistant to strong mechanical shocks and they maintain the food temperature for a long time.
