Chilli pepper grinder, 19.5 cm - Microplane

Chilli pepper grinder - Microplane brand - specially designed for use with dried hot peppers.

Lift the top and fill it with hot peppers, then put it back in place and twist it. A spring-loaded mechanism at the top will ensure the right amount of pressure with each twist and an even, consistent result.

The blade is protected by a silicone cover when not in use, to prevent dust and food remnants from getting on it.
