Griddle tray, aluminum, 51 x 27 cm - MasterClass

For those who love grilled foods, MasterClass has prepared a surprise: a griddle tray with which anyone will be able to recreate the traditional taste of steaks or vegetables prepared on the grill.

The griddle tray is made of cast aluminum, a material that allows the distribution of heat evenly, across its entire surface. The base, however, is made from a material that allows the griddle tray to be used in the oven or on the hob, regardless of what type (even on induction hobs).

Inside, the griddle tray is covered by 2 layers of non-stick material, which makes this product more resistant to scratches, much easier to clean and allows cooking steaks in a natural way, with less fat, and without the foods sticking to the surface of the tray.

The griddle tray withstands temperatures up to 200°C. The product can only be cleaned by hand.
