Gyuto knife from Grunwerg, blade length 20 cm, made from high quality VG-10 Damascus steel, forged in 67 layers.

Gyuto is a multifunctional kitchen knife, similar in function and shape to a western chef's knife. The main difference in this type of knife is the tip, ideal for slicing fish. It can be used to prepare traditional Japanese recipes such as sashimi and sushi.
