The baking tray surface has a very resistant, smooth and water-resistant glaze, which contributes to the formation of a crispy and evenly browned crust.

The pizza baking tray is very easy to clean with detergent and warm water and can be washed in the dishwasher. The product is recommended for use in the oven and on the grill.

The BBQ ceramic developed in the Emile Henry laboratories withstands temperatures of up to 290°C and distributes heat evenly over the entire surface of the dish. The enamel used for finishing protects the baking tray from scratches and chipping (you can cut directly into the baking tray without scratching the product), making it possible to wash it in the dishwasher.
