The finishing is made with natural beeswax that protects the crêpe pan against oxidation and facilitates the seasoning process before use. After seasoning the crêpe pan gradually acquires natural non-stick properties.

Crêpe pan designed for cooking both puffy and crispy pancakes. 

Crêpe pan's "Lyonnaise" profile with tilted and rounded walls, with no sharp angles, allows for easy transfer of the crêpes from the fry pan onto the plate.

The handle is coated with beechwood which originates from PEFC-certified sustainably-managed plantations. The long steel handle is fastened with solid rivets and the beech wood is coated and protected with beeswax.

The crêpe pan is compatible with any types of cooktops, including induction hobs. 

Maintenance and use

Before use, preheat the crêpe pan and add a small amount of fat. Do the seasoning process before the first use. 
Deglaze, rinse with warm water, dry and gently grease the surface with oil.
To preserve the natural non-stick properties, do not use detergent and do not clean the crêpe pan in the dishwasher.
