Product description

Ring-shaped mould for preparing tarts and quiche, diameter 30 cm, made from stainless steel, de Buyer brand.

The edges of the mould, both the upper edge and the lower edge, are rounded for easy handling. The ring-shaped mould is leak-proof and its interior is perfectly smooth, to allow for excellent results.

Usage: Simply place the mould straight on the baking tray, align it and bake the tart. After baking, lift the mould carefully and you will obtain a tart with perfect edges.

The product can be cleaned in the dishwasher and can also be put in the freezer.

In the traditional oven, the ring-shaped mould withstands temperature up to 220°C.
